Located in Maui, Hawaii, Tropical Modern House Design was designed by Pete Bossley Architects. The house is composed of five separate buildings, connected by means of wide scope covered and wrapped around an open courtyard. The pool in the courtyard and many smaller water channels can hear the water flowing from any patio or terrace which could be anywhere on the site. Although the concept of open-plan living is fairly typical for tropical houses that house permanently implements all its benefits.
