Agridulce Lookout House was designed by Javier Peña Galiano – Xpiral, located in Murcia, Spain, this house is 615 sqm built area. The structure radically solves the “family” proposal: two boxes act like high beams, with a wide range (10m, 15m to 17m) and cantilever (to 6m). Lack of support provides for suspension and independent programs. The whole house is made of lightweight structural concrete, with exposed finish both inside and outside. Lightweight structures and enclosures (aluminum, glass, wood) inhabit the interior, generating partitions and the rest of the facades. The two tracks overlap on the kitchen and living room, setting a fluid space and continues out through the south facade. The staircase connects vertically the different programs and is the common area at all levels of the house.
